I am a keen photographer. I used to work as a professional wedding photographer in my homeland Afganistan.  l moved to the UK in 2006 and during my time here have explored the use of different arts to develop my own style. I began drawing and painting in 2006 and I am still learning.  My favorite part is being able to transform a picture to a painting in different ways. For example I take pictures with a camera (Fuji Finepix S5000),  and then edit people's faces digitaly (on Adobe Photoshop CS5/ Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4) to give the range of effects. I then attempt to acheive the same effects on my acrylic/oil paintings too.
